Our Story

is a niche database marketing company supporting clients to gain repeat business and referrals by staying in touch with their new and existing contacts in a way that gives value and builds relationships.


Craig Delahoy has been a specialist database business coach for over ten years now. He recognised a gap in his clients’ marketing strategies. They were spending time, money and effort gathering contacts but not staying connected in the most effective way. Either not staying in regular contact, or communicating the wrong message, promoting their products and services rather than giving value to build the relationship. Craig knew the 36 touch marketing concept was the answer so he started recommending his clients read up and implement it but despite it’s proven track record, they did not! So he decided to offer the service and do it for them, thus ‘s 36 to Convert was born.

Our Service

36 to Convert is a strategic annual marketing plan consisting of a mix of  touches (communications) to your contacts, such as email, hand-written cards, events and reconnect calls. The content gives value and reflects the business owner’s mission, vision and values and positions them as the go-to expert in their field. By staying in touch in this way you will be “Top of Mind” when they, or someone they know, requires your services.
