As they say, "The fortune is in the follow up." Like many agents, I misinterpreted this concept as something only applicable to my leads. Each day when I sit down at my desk, my daily tasks are already set for me. For example, today's tasks were to call through four groups within my "call formula" and pre-populate my holiday email campaign.
