So this year I'm on target to double my GCI, despite having a difficult year with the pandemic and moving to a new city! The majority of my business has come from return business and referrals. Once I decided to get very intentional about building relationships things changed. Working with the advantage80/20 team and having a 36 to Convert in place I have been able to solidify a process and be systematic about keeping in touch to generate return business and new referrals. It's easy for me now, I just stay consistent with one or two things and build from there. As they say, "The fortune is in the follow up." Like many agents, I misinterpreted this concept as something only applicable to my leads. After working with Advantage80/20 and implementing their custom 36 to Convert Program, I learned that follow up can be equally important in regards to my past clients and sphere of influence. For anyone looking to close more deals, I suggest assessing how well you stay in touch with all of your contacts… not just your leads. Advantage80/20's program has helped me to stay in front of my entire database. As a result, referrals and repeat business have become a larger piece of my business. They helped me to configure my entire 12 month plan for keeping in touch. Each day when I sit down at my desk, my daily tasks are already set for me. For example, today's tasks were to call through four groups within my "call formula" and pre-populate my holiday email campaign. The email has been scheduled to go out in advance, opening up more time for new lead generation. I highly suggest consulting with Advantage80/20 and learning more about their program.
