Craig’s career started out in estate agency in 1988 after studying business at college. His first job was as a sales negotiator for a big national company, a company that he went on to become a branch manager for, before the age of 21. He spent several years as the Managing Director of an award-winning family business building executive homes and since 2008 has spent his time as a specialist database business coach within the real estate industry. His client base stretches throughout UK and USA. It was seeing a gap in his clients’ marketing strategies that lead him to start the 36 to Convert program, in order to support his clients with their database marketing. The product proved to be so successful that it now extends to many other sectors too. His life time goal is to own a lighthouse as it represents having the resilience to stand strong in the face of adversity. A quality, he feels, is required to be successful.

Kim was born in South Lincolnshire, England and has made it her base for most of her life as being close to family and friends is of utmost importance. Her career has spanned several businesses over the years, from farming, property development, health and wellbeing and more recently as Marketing Director with Advantage8020 but whatever the business, Kim has always been in a business development role as relationships are her passion. She is a co-owner of Advantage 8020 UK with her brother Craig and primarily focused on developing the UK market.

Tatiana grew up on the central coast of California and spent ten years traveling for leisure, volunteerism, and career- while also exploring the world of business via real estate/estate sales. This led to curiosity within herself, as well as the businesses she was working with to find the most sustainable growth solutions through creative innovation. Writing has been a personal passion for twenty years and she is humbled to be able to share her client’s stories with integrity.

Joanna previously worked in luxury retail recruitment, running her own business, managing teams and representing global brands.
After having three children, she finally decided to follow her heart and become a writer.
With her degree in Creative Writing and her fascination of people and their businesses, Joanna genuinely loves bringing your stories to life.
When she isn’t writing, Joanna is spending time with her husband, children and their large extended family! Her favourite things in the world are chocolate, travelling and the magic of Christmas.

Naturally sociable, instinctively helpful and a lot of fun to be around, Warren’s perfect evening would involve hosting or attending a party and having the opportunity to meet new people.
